Claimed through LG warranty.LG approved replacement of faulty A/C unit. Sk air assigned to replace faulty system. One day received invoice to pay . Stated that technician arrived on site and knocked but nobody at site, but I haven’t received any confirmation about scheduled appointment. No email or text message or voice message from any of their staff regarding scheduled appointment.SK air trying to ripping off the customers, I refused to pay money, they threatening me to pay otherwise they won’t process to replace the faulty A/C. Almost a year unable to use the system. I decided to escalate the matter further. Dear public please do not choose this company for any of your work.

Service & communication pathetic! $308 deducted despite raising my complaint with technician. Clearly no regard for the customers needs and welfare of tenants who have had to wait 6 weeks for nothing!!!! Need to lift their game as poor service is well known in the industry. John.B

Was referred to SK Air from Daikin to service two air conditioners. The technician arrived and spent less than 25 minutes 'servicing' two units. He barely did a thing apart from checking the temperature and hosing out the filters. Mould and other residue was left in both units. This 25 minute experience cost $319 and was a complete waste of time and money. The technician also identified that a minor repair to replace degraded insulation and subsequently received a quote for $310 to complete the work. A trip to Bunnings and $15 later we fixed it.

I would strongly advise you to consider other options before using this company. I was told the first service would be $308.00 and gave my credit card details (and saw this transaction immediately on my account). However, approx a week later after the service, this sum was removed and replaced with $396.00 without my authorization. I also gave no authority for SK Air to hold my credit card details. I have paid $770.00 for two service calls of approx.50mins to diagnose a block drain line and been left with no other option but to call a plumber. Can I also add that my daughter took a half day off work to be there btw1-4pm for the service. When it was getting late in the afternoon she called the office and was told they were running late. When they arrived, the technician was obviously annoyed and told us he should have finished work an hour ago…with the attitude he was doing us a favour!……I was not impressed. My only praise would go to Emily…who booked the services, as she was polite and friendly.

I’m delighted to share my positive experience with the service of SK Air Pty Ltd. Their team, especially Roy Eini, exhibited exceptional professionalism in the sales and delivery of the Daikin 9.5 kW split system, ensuring a seamless process. Removing the old unit was efficient, and the technicians demonstrated expertise. Overall, SK Air provided excellent service, and I highly recommend them for their skilful and customer-oriented approach.

I requested a service via Daiken who put me through to this company. A service agent came out after payment and provided a report of what needs to be done. Took 3 months to get the report from the company with multiple calls and emails. After many attempts to proceed with the service (months later), I gave up on them and contacted Daiken for another company to get do the job. If they werent recommended by Daiken, I would say this is a scam. Anyways, I wouldn't go through them again as they just wasted my time and money.

Had a very time sensitive repair required before Christmas - that was a little complicated due to restricted indoor unit access. Communication and service was outstanding from Emily and the service team. Michael went above and beyond, repairing the unit after the business had closed for the break. Could not speak more highly of SK Air.

Amazing service and very professional installation. Great communication as to availability, delivery and instalation.

I phoned Roy Eini on Monday, I received a quote on Tuesday. Accepted. The installation was done on Thursday by Igor and Alex. All done beautifully. Thank you!

We found the team very proffecional and efficient. Contacted them to have air conditioning installed and since also maintenance, was very friendly and did a top job. Have no hesitation in recommending their services.
