Great customer service and professionalism.
They came on the day and time they told me. Staff were friendly and efficient. They were tidy around the work site and parked their private cars so they didn't affect the neighbours. When they had finish installing the solar system they helped me to understand how the app worked on my phone and how to navigate the app to help me get the most from system to save money.
Miles and his team did an excellent job installing our solar panels and inverter. The job was done quickly and each step was well communicated.
Lindsay, Miles and the crew were awesome. From answering my nerdy questions to making sure we had the right kit for what we needed for generation and monitoring, I really can’t fault these guys. Supply and fit from the same company made it streamlined with no waiting on ‘tradie timelines’ as I call it! They offer support too- but we’ve not needed it! They worked around the crazy weather we’ve been having and already we are seeing the positive impacts on our bills with only 6 weeks since installation. Thanks guys! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
Ballarat lunar
This is the 2nd house I've put solar on. I shopped around enormously and Miles from Ballarat Solar was outstanding. They are a local company, nothing was ever too much trouble and he always answered any questions I had. Josh and the crew he has working for him are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful too, especially with the app. At the time of installation I couldn't feed back in to the grid but the moment he heard that I might be able to, he offered the assistance I needed to enable this to occur, and it was done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Miles, Josh and the team at Ballarat Solar Company and will be referring them to my family and friends for any future solar needs. :)
