Banana Solar

I could not recommend Banana Solar enough. Nicolas is friendly, communicated well and answered all our questions. He didn't just give us figures but explained the benefits of the suggested panels, given our shading problem. We felt well informed and happy with our choice.

Banana solar has been great. Have had the system since march 2020. Had a minor data issue recently where inverter wasn't sending data to my moniting system and Banana solar were onto it straight away. Allan popped round same day to help me through all the connections. Customer service is excellent. Was also very happy with the sales and installation service when it was installed in 2020. System has already paid itself off.

Very precessional service

Great service from Banana Solar, especially Nicolas and Allan! They were the only installer to visit the property to talk through options as we had a shading issue. Installation was quick & efficient and you could tell they are very passionate about their work. The only improvement I could suggest is it would good if the software that determines the roof layout design was more accurate in working out whether roof is large enough to accommodate the quote design. Otherwise, really happy with the service and highly recommend them.

I’ve engaged Allan and his team to install solar panels on our home as well as a wall charger I can’t speak more highly of the experience we had with Banana Solar. Allan was extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure you’re well informed and are getting a solution that’s appropriate for your needs. His team worked efficiently and went beyond what was expected to get the job done. The process with Banana Solar overall was fast, very pleasant, and we are impressed with our solar panels and the benefit (cost saving) we’re realising already. Highly recommended.

This fabulous company arranged the installation of my solar today. Great workmanship, fair pricing and dedicated customer service, right down to installing and setting up the monitoring app on my phone.

Allan and his team are very patient and professional. Due to the location and size of the roof, they had to review and adjust the plan multiple times, but they did not show any slight negative attitude. The installation is fast.

When we decided to set my home up with solar I was tentative because of the bad media in relation to installers and confusion in relation to how much you should spend. We arranged several quotes and the price and size of the unit where very different from each Solar company, this made it difficult to decide on what the best option would suite us. Nicholas, from the Banana solar team met us on site, which we regard as very important, the other companies did not offer this. We grilled him with a lot questions, which took some, and he was happy to spend the time to answer all our concerns. We discover that he has an immense knowledge of this industry. The installation went as per plan, after which Alan (the owner) came to our home in the evening to see if we had any issues. He showed us how to use the inverter and to set up our account. Nicholas and Allan love what they do and showed their passion of providing solar. I would highly recommend them.
