The advice given to me was to find a company with at least 3 years of experience , hence I found Clean Energy. They were a clear frontrunner. They were fantastic to deal with and super helpful in all aspects of the installation. I cannot recommend them highly.
Installed 2 systems on 2 houses (my son and I). Philip was great and very helpful from start to finish. One of the panels didn't work properly and after contacting him he organised new one very quickly. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend Philip and Clean Energy Solar.

Have purchased two Solar systems through Clean Energy Solar and have a great experience - hence returning for their business in our second home. Found the process super easy and Phil explained everything we needed to know. Despite covid delays in stock, we were kept in the loop throughout the whole time. They handled all the paperwork and even the installers took the time to explain how the inverters work. We are now receiving money from AGL - which is an amazing feeling. Phil helped us set up on Solar Edge so we are able to see our panels working in real time, just from our phones! Thank you to the team Clean Energy Solar!!
Initially didn't have a complaint against the installation of solar panels, however a very different story to get any follow up service. Inverter not working and informed it needed to be replaced. Three months later (at least), inverter arrives. Eventually gets repairer to replace, (covid, so a delay could be excused). New inverter installed, not working. Called and reported this to be told we needed to go through some steps, which repair man didn't do (using new repair man). Still not working and asked that Phillip who had been taking my calls to speak directly to the person at the house (im remote), he sent them a YouTube and said it was self explanatory. No call as promised, still not working as it's not a problem we can fix, but they not interested either. Phoned numerous times, emailed - and just no love. Next step is Consumer Affairs/ Ombudsman, to see where we go from here. Very expensive exercise to go through, to not be getting the benefits. No customer loyalty here, and would love to change my view of the company, if I ever get a call back?
