Urban Renewables recently completed an Enphase microinverter and Hanwha Q-Cell install on my roof. Solid team, super nice, extremely considerate and neat, wiring and labelling standards on point, left the place just as neat as prior to the works starting. Handover process was great, well explained. This is what you want from an electrical contractor. Highly recommended.

Initially I was going with an online installer, I had a couple of questions that I needed answered that they couldn't answer. I called UR and Adrian answered my questions and I started to question why I was going with a faceless organisation. I cancelled my contract with the online company and went with UR. I am glad I did, everything was as I was told it was going to be. Adrian told me when he was going to arrive, He arrived before, the installation is absolutely 1st class. I watched Adrian deal with an issue with the roof. It was done properly, no I don't care attitude. They might be a few hundred dollars more expensive. But I know they are better than any saving you will get from the online storytellers. You will not find better than these guys. Btw I am writing this as they are doing the job. I am that confident of their workmanship.

I have no hesitation in recommending Urban Renewables. I have previously installed solar using two other providers, and both were good, but UR are a step above. They were efficient, the work was high quality, the products (QCell panels and Enphase inverters) outstanding, and they understand the technology well beyond normal. A big thank-you to the team.

Equipment offered is better quality, answers to questions asked during the sales process was honest, straight forward, easy to understand and no pressure. Installation process was smooth, nothing left on site for me to throw away, the team cleaned the garage on completion, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. Cannot recommend Urban Renewables enough. From the initial quote to installation everything was seamless. Installers were fantastic, we have a very tricky roof but they happily worked around any issues. When they left, all mess was cleaned up and we wouldn't have known they were even here. Excellent job.
