Great service overall. From initial inquiry online, to follow up phone call, site inspection for quoting and day of installation. I do wish they had put the outside unit where I asked and not talked me into a location that better suited their installers. It’s now interfering with our plans which wouldn’t have occurred if it was placed just 3-4meters down the side of the house.
The AFA technician who serviced our 2 AC units was punctual, courteous and professional. He knew his job and we are very pleased with the service that he provided.
The team were fabulous. Fitted me in at the last moment when my current air conditioner wasn't working and fixed it with the least amount of fuss. They also installed a new air conditioner and ckeaned up and left the area as clean as when they found it. Great service and I would recommend them anytime.
