Clean A/C Cairns

I offer a clean of all air conditioner parts that keep your air clean, keep your air conditioner functioning properly, cost you less money and prolong life span.

My general clean involves :

• pressure wash and protective solution on the coils
• pressure wash of the fan
• pressure clean of the drain left (natural citrus drain cleaner used)
• filters and air conditioner casing cleaned
• outside unit treated

My standard job will remove all matter but may leave slight staining from the matter I remove. This is a personal preference over using extremely harsh chemicals. The nature of A/C cleaning chemicals is to be alkaline and leave a film to protect the metal (leaving a long term residue on the metal that cools your air).
