Fased Solar

Review Update 14/5/2023: while Fased were great at install, they are non existent for future support. Despite many phone calls and emails, they finally replied saying they weren't that interested in assisting with a solar issue but would get back to me in a few months with some possible options. Never called or emailed again despite a chaser email. While you may get a great install, forget about any help afterwards. I had referred many clients to them and I was rewarded with zero action. Very disappointing. Never again and I am now referring new clients to another provider who have an excellent after-service philosophy and are loyal to their customers. When I called, they came around and determined after a quick inspection that all I needed was a new inverter. That took a visit and about 15 minutes to diagnose. Shame that 15 minutes could not have been provided by Fased. Go with someone else. ---------‐-----‐------- Install Review: The Fased crew were brilliant. Installed an additional 6+ kWh system on our roof, and discovered and fixed some wiring issues left by a previous installer. Frank from Fased is a true professional with an excellent work ethic. We went with this local company and I'm very pleased we did. Communication was first rate throughout, and the advice we received about designing our system was spot on, matching our needs exactly. Installation day was flawless, with a very competent and professional crew doing a great job. By the end of the day the system was up and running. It took a little while for the monitoring app to reveal all that it was designed to do, but it confirms that the system is performing flawlessly. This is a great team and I heartily recommend them.

A fantastic local and wholly in-house operation. Very happy with the quoting process, with Sage and Frank always approachable and knowledgeable with honest advice. The installation was also very smooth with a highly motivated and skilled team who took pride in their work. The grid connection was also transparent which was great - everything just started working the day of the install and now, four months later, the system has been faultless. We had our solar panels installed by Fased Solar over a year ago. Professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy service, and the panels are great. They were smashed in a storm in January and the Fased team called immediately to make sure they were switched off and safe, and arranged the repairs quickly and without any issues, providing clear quotes for our insurance company. Highly recommend Fased solar if you're looking for high quality products and advice.

The quoting process was smooth with several system options provided and all my questions answered. The installation took about half a day and the workmen left my house in a tidy state. Everything was organised by Fased after the install so there was nothing to do on our side. The only issue we had was a loud noise coming from the "Envoy" box installed on the wall. I informed the company and they promptly fixed the box and all seems to be working well now.

This company was very professional throughout the quote/install process. Sage was very knowledgeable and was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this system and Fased Solar again.
