Had a warranty claim via Beacon Lighting. Once the fault was identified, the issue was sorted in good time. The owner is a decent and genuine person who’s business I would recommend for any electrical needs.

When comparing their quotes and selected products to other firms it was clear they offer excellent value for money. There was no pressure selling and no surprises during the installation. Infinity was recommended by another customer and they did not disappoint. using their online enquiry tool, they called me within the hour and started to tailor panels for our household needs. They sent out their technician for an onsite inspection who came at the scheduled time. They offered multiple solar options and prices to allow us to make the best and informed decision. The price was great and thousands less than expected. The install was scheduled and completed without a hitch.they have stepped us through the system and online tools and how to read the system performance. I cannot fault the customer service, and this has extended after install with calls to make sure we have no issues. Great service, highly recommend.

The sales representative was easy to deal with and knowledgeable. The Solar installation was completed in one day as planned. The job looks to be high standard and the staff were cheerful and helpful. Follow up was provided to ensure the system was working correctly.

Infinity Energy are super professional. They placed floor coverings down to ensure they protected the floor during the install of our ducted air con. They were on time, friendly and gave fantastic advice to ensure we were super happy and had the best solution to cooling our house. They even went above and beyond, fixing some cracks we had in our brickwork that potentially would have leaked water into our house. These guys are the best.
