We arranged for a solar system quote a month ago. No show. Phoned office and got no response. Eventually tracked down the number for the guy who'd arranged to quote, and he'd moved to Canberra and left the company. Now I read ASIC notice that advise a restructuring partner was appointed on 19 December 2022.

Johan’s advice initially provided a better insight and gave me a better understanding of my solar system needs. Rather than trying to upsell me, he made sure I was getting what I actually needed. Millennium Electrical replaced and installed a new solar system, panels and inverter. From the initial quote and consultation, through to job completion, the entire team was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They were on time and efficient and unobtrusive. Any questions were answered, and explained in detail that a layperson could understand. Several follow-up checks were initiated by them with no prompting from myself. I would have no hesitation in recommending Millennium Electrical to any future clients, nor would I have any hesitation in hiring them again.

This is a follow up rating, as they installed my solar system a couple years ago. Since the installation everything has run smoothly and has worked without a hitch since then. Even with all the rain around over the past few years, I have got credit for every electrical bill since my solar was installed. When I had any questions or concerns, they have responded in a timely matter and always happy to come out and do any investigation needed. To improve my connection between my enphase solar system and their servers for reporting purposes, they have offered to run a cat 6 Ethernet cable to my modem router, instead of using Ethernet bridges over power. This indicates how they will go above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied, even years after doing the install. I have suggested them as solar installers to many friends and will keep suggesting them going forward. Keep up the great work!

Great business to deal with for our solar installation from initial scoping/quote all the way through to installation. Outstanding company to deal with and a fantastic solar installation. The whole process was easy and professional at every step. I spoke at length with Aidan about what I was after and he was able to answer all of my questions and provide all the information I could have wanted. Any time I had a question in the lead up to the installation the team were very responsive and helpful. On the day of the installation the team were all very polite and great to deal with, we are very happy we chose to support a local business, the service is well above what you get from others.
