We recently had our split-system air-conditioner replaced by the Oasis team and were very happy with their installation. The whole experience was upbeat from the time we first contacted them.They answered promptly, made an appointment and arrived at the time arranged, checked the old system and explained what was wrong with it and that it would be too expensive to repair. We discussed the various alternatives and ordered a new one which was only a few days time and they phoned to keep us updated and arranged an installation time. The two young men they sent were clean, polite and efficiently co-ordinated the work in only a couple of hours. The guys checked the working status and where we wanted the remote control installed and then removed the old unit (a heavy older unit under house). We had used Oasis years ago in Warburton . Now years later in Kilsyth we required a split system. I called 4 different companies to come and quote. All 4 told me it was almost impossible to have the unit installed where I wanted it. In despair I rang Oasis to see if they would install in Kilsyth, the answer was "yes'. They came: Quoted a great price and told us installation could be done as requested. No fuss.! It is now all done, great tradesmen, easygoing. Unit looks amazing and works beautifully. Great guys to deal with. Had issues with my heating. The guys were upfront and told me they don't normally work on this brand system. It took a couple of visits to work out what was going on but the guys fixed the issue and only charged me for one callout. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Oasis Air to everyone. Thanks guys for all your help.
