I've been looking forward to getting the installation underway for a long, long time. So it's good to have the guys up on the roof now installing that, and to know that I'm going to be doing my bit for the environment is going to be great. He was able to talk me through the whole process, explain the different options, and come up with different solutions. Being able to be really flexible and respond to my concerns, which I found was really, really important. They were able to find a solution for me that absolutely suited what I needed, but also is looking down the track as well in terms of what else I can do in future. So a solar panel battery, and all of the service that I would need for that as well, which was something that secured my business. And we went back and forth a few times as well, which was pretty great, to make sure that I actually found the best solution.
