There is a lot of companies out there that are just bottom line driven and they'd need to get sales over the line no matter what. And they don't care about the end customer. And I personally don't like to be treated like that and I won't treat my customers like that. Look there's a mix of customers out there that some of them are well researched and know what to look for but there is a lot out there that are targeted that have no idea and that will just take whatever is put in front of them at the best price. Thinking that they're getting apples for apples and they're not. It definitely is there's a big difference. You do get what you pay for and it's a fairly you know universal principle.

A cheap system you've got to expect that it's not going to last long. It's a sad conversation and the customer is sometimes angry at what's happened and they've gone while are expecting a lot better than this. And it's a hard lesson to learn. You know you pay for your mistakes. Panels that have proven performance and proven warranties and backing is you know the only place we will go. We've got to make it work and it's got to be installed to the standards. Installation is you know a major part of the job. And if you got quality product and aren't installed properly. You know it's not going to last.
