What were the government requirements for the solar power system at Palmerston College?

Palmerston College recently installed a 90 kilowatt solar system after winning the tender against other solar companies. This was part of the NT Schools Program, an initiative by the Northern Territory Government to put solar on schools. The project took around seven days to complete and the government was looking for quality, longevity and reliability with a 25-year performance and product warranty.

When reading the tender, it was evident that the government was focused on a great warranty and quality. The installation included putting the rail and walkway for ease of maintenance, and the Northern Territory Government expects a return on their investment with a 25-year warranty in performance and product.

So Palmerston College, was a 90 kilowatt solar system that we installed recently. So the process of that obviously goes to tender. So we obviously had to tender against a couple of other solar companies, and lucky enough that we were awarded that tender. So today we're here at Palmerston College.
